2011 Summer Classes &Camps
Summer schedule at Kids Art in Soutlake has changed. We now offer weekly classes throughout the summer for all ages in addition to 3 day camps for children k-6th grade, eight weeks during the summer and prek-1st grade 2 weeks during the summer. Three new Parent-child classes are also being offered. Check the schedule below. Check gallery policies below.
THREE DAY CAMPS
Pre-k to 1st Tuesday thru Thursday (min 4/max 10)
All camps include a variety of mediums, techniques, and subject matter in addition to those shown below. Students must purchase a supply box for $5, it includes brushes, pencils, eraser, and sharpie. The students take them home when camp is over unless they are attending more than one camp or coming to weekly classes in the fall.

Parent and child weekly class - for this class only you can select 1or 2 hours one hour class is $12.50/person two hour class is $22/person. Youth students must purchase a supply box $5 or $10 depending upon age, parents supply boxes are $10 unless they have their own supplies.

Gallery Policies

1st-6th and 7th & up: $10 supply fee includes brushes, pencil, tortillon, eraser, and sharpie that will be used only by them. It will be stored at the studio for only your student’s use and will only be charged again when replacements are needed. If used properly by your student they should last several sessions.
3-5 yr olds and pre-k-1st: $5 supply fee includes brushes, pencil, eraser, and sharpie. It will be stored at the studio for only your student’s use and will only be charged again when replacements are needed. If used properly by your student they should last several sessions.
Tuition is due upon registration
Terms and Conditions:
If an absence is reported prior to class a make-up class can be scheduled during another regularly scheduled class. Your make up class must be scheduled ahead to ensure there is enough space for your child and that the scheduled class is not disrupted by accommodating your student. If your child’s schedule changes, contact the Bein Gallery Art School/Kids’ Art in Southlake when you are aware of the conflict. Refund Policy: Payment of tuition guarantees your student a class. Camp tuition will only be refunded with a two week notice. With notice less than two weeks a credit will be issued for another camp or class. With notice a class may be rescheduled. If you do not call prior to class or camp and do not show up for class you loose your tuition/voucher.
